Who Else Wants a Marriage that Lasts Forever?

I recently read a quote by the actress Joan Collins that said…

With everything going on with the economy I thought I’d ask what your thoughts are on having a budget. Finances are one of the major issues in a marriage.

If someone could really answer this question it would be a miracle! There’s a book out now and it claims to give us the answer.
