Why Have I Hated It All These Years?
I’m talking about EXERCISE. I started Curves back in March because I realized I didn’t have the strength I used to have.
It sorta scared me, so I figured I’d better get my act together after all these years and try to exercise seriously. I mean I’ve done aerobics here and there when the kids were little, but never really had the time I said, to stick with it. The other day I was really stressed about something one of the boys had done and I went to exercise. I was leaving the place and I couldn’t believe how much better I felt. My attitude had changed.It was like an ”ah-ha” moment! Boy… I could’ve used this realization through all these years of marriage! HA!
