My Son was Married This Past Weekend!

glowing! I didn’t feel like I was glowing. I just know I was sooooooooooo happy for my son and his new bride. It also reminded me of my marriage thirty years ago and how happy I was then and how I hope they’ll be as happy as his dad and I are. This is our second son, but our family’s first marriage.
His brothers took him on a little overnight trip to Las Vegas to spend some time with him and bond as brothers one last time before he got married. They had a lot of fun, took lots of pictures, and really enjoyed themselves. Hailee, my new daughter-in-law is as sweet as she can be. She is more than I could have asked for in a wife for him. They compliment each other. They balance each other out as someone said about Rick and I years ago.
We were busy Thursday evening with the family dinner and I was so tired! My sister flew in from N.C. and helped me all day getting the church ready for the dinner. Then on Friday they were married in the Salt Lake City LDS (Mormon) Temple and had a reception that evening in her mom’s backyard.
It was absolutely beautiful. We had alot of friends come and wish them well. It was just a very nice evening. Tiring but nice! Maybe I can post some pictures once my husband gets the picture module installed for the blog.
